What we host
Birthdays, work happy hours, holiday parties, launches, after-parties, and the occasional wake that should have been a party. Smaller groups take a semi-private area of the bar. Bigger nights buy out the whole room, and FKA: becomes yours. If you are comparing rooms, start with office holiday party bars or birthday bars in the East Village.
Built-in entertainment
Guests at an FKA: party do not stand around. They play Big Buck Hunter, shoot pinball, and pile into the analog photo booth, with sports on the TVs and records that shift with the room.
Food and drink for your group
Your group eats and drinks from the same menu we serve every night: $1 West Robbins oysters from the raw bar, caviar with Pringles, the Frito-Pie and the "Lunchables" board, freezer door martinis, natural wine, and cocktails named after the icons of downtown. See the full menu.
Planning questions
- What is the difference between a semi-private area and a buyout?
- A semi-private area is a section of the bar set aside for your group while we stay open to the public. A full buyout closes FKA: to everyone but your guest list.
- Can guests play the games?
- Yes. Big Buck Hunter, pinball, and the analog photo booth are part of the room, and they are the reason groups do not stand around making small talk.
- How do I book?
- Send the form on this page or email events@fkanyc.com with your date, headcount, and budget. We'll reply with availability and pricing.
